I use to think I didn't have an artistic bone in my body and then I had a girl who has art in every bone of her body. She is very talented, and she loves to draws. Put a pencil in my hand and I can't even write my own name! Here's one of my favorites of her.

Then I took my husband to Canvas Sip and Paint in Kirkland, Washington. Its a place where you spend three hours learning how to paint. This is what we did:

So I bought my daughter some good paint, great brushes and some canvases and we went to town and together we had a blast painting.

I guess I do have an artistic bone in my body after all. But most of all I love spending time with my daughter doing some really creative things. I'll post more as I make them.
