Really, that sums up the week
This week was so much fun. We started with the temple trip on Tuesday. It was so cool. We always lean so much in the Temple. That's really all I can say. After the temple, we ran to a few investigators, but nothing much happened.
Wednesday we had district meeting and then we spent all day in service pretty much, We did a little bit of proselyting, but we had a meeting with President Mendez that night, so we didn't get much done. Elder Tyus also had a meeting with Pestilent Hall and the stake mission leader, but we didn't know about it, so it was rescheduled for the end of the month.
Thursday we did weekly planning and had a lesson with Hermana B*. She's a member who is less active and has lost her records, so we are teaching her as an investigator and trying to prepare her for re-baptism. She'd read in the Book of Mormon, but is having troubles understanding, so we invited her to reread it and we'd talk more about it next time.
Friday was 1 week follow up for Elder Deyholos, so we didn't get much done that day in terms of lessons, but we did have some good training.
Saturday we had a blitz in the area of the Hermanas Lopez and Jensen. So we did some studies and then ran to the blitz. During the blitz we went on exchanges. Elder Tyus went with Elder Gonzalez and Elder Elder came with Elder Deyholos and me. We ran by a bunch of antiguos in the area and we had a miracle right off the bat. We ran by this one hermana who'd just gotten out of the hospital and didn't believe in miracles. She didn't have a lot of interest when we started talking, but as we talked she started to become more interested. As she got more interested and we started sharing scriptures with her, it started to get louder. At the beginning there was no sound at all, but come the end trucks where driving by and her phone was going nuts. This is a miracle because of what Elder Deyholos said as we got in the car to drive away. He said that he could see Satan fighting our message by all that noise. We even have a return appointment set from that conversation. We then ran to a branch activity where we watched "meet the mormons." (You better have that movie when I get back, It's so good)
Sunday we did church and then ran by some potentials. After church, when we were walking out, we bumped into Hermano Perez-Villanueva. Yes, the companion I'd just sent home. He's in the mission visiting for the next little bit, it was so weird.
That's really it.
